The Sales Enablement Manager will handle the development and management of sales support initiatives at Rankings.io. This role focuses on providing tools, resources, training, and content to help the sales team sell more effectively. The manager will report to the Director of Revenue Operations but will work closely with the sales leadership team to achieve goals. Rankings.io offers comprehensive SEM services, including content creation, technical optimization, and keyword strategy for law firms.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding - Run and coordinate new sales hires. Working with Rev Ops to maintain and refresh the onboarding material. Typically 1 new hire a month. The goal is to ensure new hires understand the systems, role expectations, offering, buying persona and soft skills needed to be successful in their role.
