We work with renowned clients like FIFA, Wimbledon, IOC, NFL, Varsity, and over 200 more global Sport's Right Holders. We are 650 people strong across three regions (North America, Europe and ANZ) with eight offices in LA, Kansas City, Miami, NYC, London, Bern, Paris and Melbourne.

As a Sales Administrator at Two Circles, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our client acquisition process. You will be responsible for assisting with proposal development, managing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), utilizing Salesforce software effectively, and providing administrative support for various sales-related activities.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our operations executive and leadership team to manage invoicing, contracts, and accounts receivable tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Assist the sales team in creating compelling proposals tailored to client needs and objectives. This includes gathering necessary information, formatting documents, and ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all materials. RFP Management:
  • Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by organizing relevant information, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using Salesforce software to manage sales data, track client interactions, and generate reports as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and sales activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, operations executive, and leadership team. This may include preparing contracts, generating invoices, managing accounts receivable, and assisting with other sales-related tasks as assigned.
  • Client Success Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales team on promoting client success initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on sales objectives, client requirements, and project timelines. Collaborate closely with colleagues to streamline processes and optimize efficiency within the sales function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales administration, proposal development, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments.
  • Previous experience in the sports marketing industry is a plus
