Position Overview:
As the Recruiting Coordinator for Elite Construction Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the virtual interview process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks. This is an in-office role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding top talent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews for Outside Sales and other W2 positions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and recruiters to align schedules and candidate updates.
  • Assist in creating job postings and managing advertising platforms.
  • Provide follow-up and status updates to candidates post-interview.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and ensure new hires transition smoothly.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a related administrative role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with ATS software and virtual interview platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

A proactive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional candidate and team support.
