DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the Financial Services Department in a professional and courteous manner at all levels of the company
- Manage large workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Understand proper multi state taxation of employer paid benefits
- Perform other related duties and/or special projects as directed by Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-3 year of payroll experience.
- Prior healthcare payroll experience working in a formal payroll system preferred; for example (UKG, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, UltiPro, Paycom, ADP).
- Experience in Excel Pivot Tables and V-look up
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred but not required.
- Experience in large volume payroll requirements.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Ability to handle stress appropriately
- Resolution Research Skills
- Extensive knowledge of keyboarding, personal computers, and Microsoft Office (including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- Be reliable, have a great attitude, and possess a strong work-ethic
