Responsibilities
- Communicate with sales reps and logistics team to confirm receipt of new orders and update the status of orders
- Manage/control receipt of new customer set-up forms for system accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of orders to provide monthly shipping visibility well in advance of shipping period
- Review incoming production dates, reports for credit standing, and status of orders
- Act as a point of contact to resolve customer issues or respond to questions
- Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
- Work with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
Requirements
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and problem solving with a keen attention to detail
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Strong computer skills
- Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Nuorder and Netsuite is a plus
