Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Communicate with sales reps and logistics team to confirm receipt of new orders and update the status of orders
• Manage/control receipt of new customer set-up forms for system accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of orders to provide monthly shipping visibility well in advance of shipping period
• Review incoming production dates, reports for credit standing, and status of orders
• Act as a point of contact to resolve customer issues or respond to questions
• Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
• Work with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals

• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and problem solving with a keen attention to detail
• Maintain excellent customer relations
• Strong computer skills
• Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with Nuorder and Netsuite is a plus
