For over 40 years, Hoffmann Brothers has served as the premier HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance Repair service and installation contractor in the St Louis area. Pursuing an aggressive expansion campaign, Hoffmann Brothers is looking to expand our reach through both acquisitions and executing our proven “green field” market entry strategy.

About the Role: Inside Sales Representative

With a team of outside sales reps and hundreds of field service professionals, we’re managing a significant volume of business, but we still have plenty of opportunities left untapped! Each year, Hoffmann Brothers has more than $15 million in unsold proposals and service options waiting to be closed. That’s where you come in!

As an Inside Sales Representative, you won’t be cold calling – instead, you’ll reach out to existing customers who have already engaged with our team. You’ll receive comprehensive training and the tools you need to follow up, re-engage customers, and close the deal.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Re-engage customers from existing leads and identify key decision-makers
  • Expand relationships within existing accounts to uncover new opportunities
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on leads
  • Support marketing efforts through events like trade shows and exhibits
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to nurture client relationships
  • Convert inbound, unsolicited calls into sales
  • Overcome objections and attend sales training to continuously improve your skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • An energetic personality with a passion for helping people
  • quick learner who adapts easily to new processes and information
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills
  • Sales experience preferred

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

To excel in this role, candidates should be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
