Full Job Description
The Account Coordinator role is an entry-level position within the Client Services team. This role provides tactical support to the teams’ Account Managers and Directors, helping to ensure high-quality, on time delivery of services. In addition to providing account support, the Account Coordinator is a proactive member of the team helping to identify growth opportunities for clients, with the assistance of the account lead, before they identify a need or gap themselves.
The primary goal of this role is to learn the fundamentals of the account management function within a marketing agency, develop expertise related to Brado’s service offerings, enhance internal and client communication skills, and work towards opportunities to run a client account.
Qualified candidates for this role will live in the St. Louis, MO or Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX areas. While the day-to-day work for this role is performed remotely, we know that in-person collaboration is critical for success. Our teams travel to our collaboration centers for various meetings, projects or other activities as needed.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Provides exceptional customer service to clients through email communication.
- Participates in client calls with team members.
- Helps to develop a project plan that outlines key tasks.
- Communicates with the internal team about activities and timelines for client deliverables.
- Assists in reviewing client deliverables and reports.
- Assists in replying promptly to client communications.
- Takes accurate and concise meeting notes.
- Helps to craft statements of work and proposals.
- Follows the lead of the Account Manager and Director on the Client Services team to help fulfill client work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.

- Adhere with all Brado and client required training and guidelines for market research and healthcare industry regulations and laws. Specifically (but not limited to) Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) processes and reporting, Ethics, Confidentiality, Data Privacy / Security and Harassment.
