Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our spa. We are located in the Sheraton Flowood Resort. Our services include Massage, Facials and waxing, Nails, and Injectables such as Botox and filler. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, and able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.79 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the spa
• Escort guests to the locker room and show them how to use the resettable lockers
  
• Answer phones and book appointments
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Restock the amenities in the locker room and tidy up the Relaxation lounge between guests
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Check out guests after their appointment and manage the cash drawer
• Close down the spa at the end of the day and lock up

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
