The Sales Representative position prospects and secures new business by consulting with restaurants, hotels, country clubs and cafes in the Twin Cities, and develops new opportunities with current customer base by introducing new products, equipment, and services. 

The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify sales opportunities within the target market to build an ongoing pipeline of business to meet annual sales goals and record activities in CRM
  • Manage and monitor all assigned accounts to ensure customer service standards and business development activities are fulfilled
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Intermix product offerings and consult with customers to provide a tailored product solution
  • Prepare business proposals and quotations according to customers' identified needs
  • Prioritize work based on sales volume and profitability of opportunities
  • Prepare and report monthly sales pipeline for management review
  • Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment from customers

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured
  • Time management
  • Customer service skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
