Requirements

As our chosen Regional Property Manager, every day you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 2 affordable properties and 9 conventional properties (1,540 Units) throughout MN. This role is responsible for the general administration and maintenance aspects of the properties; to direct and control all personnel and resources so that the communities are always maintained in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. The position requires 30-70% in-state travel and we are looking for a strong LEADER in the state of Minnesota!

Previous experience as an RPM in conventional/affordable property management is required.

On a daily, you will be responsible for:

  1. The overall performance of each property including resolving tenant concerns, analyzing the budget, policy compliance, and maintaining the community
  2. Hiring, training, supervising, developing, and terminating all on-site personnel
  3. Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
  4. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks
  5. Ensure staff performance
  6. Visit sites and make recommendations for improvements
  7. Collaborate with leasing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
