Requirements
- Duties include interacting with new, existing and potential customers on a regular basis, to best help customers and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction with potential sales and service growth.
- Assist in taking incoming client calls, recognizing that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Good communication with the client is essential!
- Make sure that taking care of the clients takes higher priority than and other task and that clients are enthusiastic about how they are treated!
- Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not. Know that courteousness affects other team members’ spirit.
- Make sure that the phone is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting is used each time.
- Making sure that Club Membership clients are continually called. Extra scheduled service appointments should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls.
- Maintain required daily call counts to make daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the client database.
- Work with dispatch to schedule service calls and debrief technicians with accurate client information.
- Make sure that the client is notified ahead of time if we are not going to arrive within the scheduled time window and reschedule to the client’s satisfaction.
- The Lead Client Service Representative will also assist with supervising and assisting in the dispatching of all service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency of scheduling without compromising client satisfaction.
- Obey company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
