Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various channels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
