We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual to join our Wealth Management team as a Client Relationship Associate. The Client Relationship Associate (CRA) is a critical part of the Boulay Wealth Management team, responsible for delivering extraordinary client service and care. This individual will be responsible for working closely with Wealth Advisors and Client Service Associates (CSAs) to build and maintain client relationships through on-going proactive client communications. Serving as the liaison for communication and required service activities between the client and our Wealth Management Team, as well as acting as a Chief-of-Staff for lead advisors.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients
- Schedule Client Meetings
- Prepare for client meetings by
- Conduct administrative review of accounts
- Ensure all client data is updated and relevant
- Prepare all necessary materials, agendas, and reports
- Ensure new client onboarding processes are progressing in a timely manner.
- Conduct client courtesy calls in anticipation of upcoming needs
- Responsible for data integrity for client accounts in Tamarac
- Utilize CRM system for daily tasks, tracking and documentation of client data, and internal updates to current assigned work.
- Collaborate with team members regarding account questions, service requests, and client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings
- Complete other duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of administrative support with internal or external client service experience
- Strong attention to detail & highly organized
- Effective use of technology/software
- Flexible to changing circumstances and client needs
- Desire to provide quality customer service
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Work independently, multitask, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Possess problem solving skills and issue resolution capabilities
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities in English
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team-based attitude, and a desire to collaborate
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in financial services or a professional services environment involving compliance and adherence to regulations
