**This position is onsite full time in Elk River, MN**
Accountinuity is excited to be working alongside our client to find an AP Coordinator to join their team.
Our client is a provider of Complete Life Safety Solutions. They design, build, install, service, and inspect commercial security, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and fire suppression systems as well as sell, service, and inspect fire extinguishers and commercial kitchen hood systems.

Requirements
The Specifics of the Accounts Payable Coordinator Role:
· Managing Accounts Payable using the accounting software and other programs
· Establish and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
· Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to all departmental procedures
· Process due invoices for payments weekly
· Verify job numbers on invoices are properly coded
· Collect all credit card receipts and reconciling to credit card invoices (coding and paying)
· Audit vendor statements to ensure all are entered and paid
Additional Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator Role:
· Primary receptionist: including answering all incoming calls, greeting customers at the door, and getting assistance from other team members as needed
· Work with AR coordinator in collecting past due payments
· Set up new gas cards and order tabs when required
· Order new company cell phones for employees as needed
· Submitting 1099s for year end
Successful Accountant Candidate will have:
· Minimum 1 year experience in accounting, preferably AP
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
· Understanding of chart of accounts
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Professional, self-motivated, well organized, and detail-oriented
· Able to prioritize tasks efficiently to meet changing deadlines

Salary:
- Salary Range - $22-$30/hour DOE
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 7 am – 4 pm and Friday: 7 am – 11 am
