Qualifications
- Manufacturing/Welding Certificate (min 2 Years) with focus on robotic welding processes
- 2 Years related work experience
- Ability to read and interpret product prints, dimensional reports (GD&T)
- Robotic experience
- Manual welding applications
- Excellent Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
- Direct production support of both Laser and Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) welding processes
- Completing variant changeovers as directed by the production planner
- Set-up and maintenance of Welding fixtures, Poke Yoke Systems, Laser welding process monitoring system (4D) and Vision detection software (VMT)
- Adjustment of the welding process through modification to the robot coordinates
- Completion of process audit on a daily basis
