Vehicle Inventory Merchandiser & Photographer, Social Media Content Builder

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual who is passionate about photography and has an interest in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of our vehicle inventory and ensuring that each vehicle is presented in the best possible light to our customers. While prior automotive knowledge is a plus, we are willing to provide training to the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional photography skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Take high-quality photographs of all vehicles in our inventory.

- Edit and enhance images to ensure clarity and appeal.

- Upload photos to our dealership's website, online car marketplaces, and social media platforms.

- Write accurate and compelling vehicle descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective vehicle presentations.

- Maintain an organized and up-to-date photo library.

- Monitor vehicle listing sites to ensure our inventory is accurately represented and up-to-date.

- Assist with setting up and organizing vehicle displays both inside and outside the dealership.

- Conduct periodic audits of online listings to ensure accuracy of photos and descriptions.

- Stay informed about current photography trends and advancements in automotive presentation.

- Occasionally assist with other marketing initiatives, such as creating promotional materials and content for social media.

- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers who may be on-site during photo shoots.

Requirements

- Proven experience in photography, preferably in a commercial setting.

- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.

- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and features is preferred; willingness to learn is required.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- A keen eye for detail and creativity in capturing the best angles and lighting for each vehicle.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketplaces is a plus.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
