IAV is seeking a driven student looking to provide value to an organization and develop their professional skillsets in our Student Intern - Business, Marketing & Admin Support role. This role is part-time and a one-year commitment. The position is Hybrid work model with in-house work at our Novi location and remote days.
The responsibilities for the position are as follows:
- Provide administrative support and projects for our Business Development & Marketing, Human Resources and other engineering departments.,
- Wide array of administrative tasks, projects and events for the company, including the President
- Create and develop Marketing materials and work to establish marketing presence
- Position may support Finance related administrative tasks, when needed.
- Support our Business Development & Marketing with the administrative side of sales activities:
- CRM (Customer Relations Management) Support- create sales tracking reports, update and maintain our CRM database, and project support for engineer managers in our CRM database.
- Sales Report- create and define sales KPI reports.
- Customer Matrix- collect and input data into customer matrix for top strategic customers.
- Support Human Resources department with project related work and administrative tasks, including:
- Assist HR manager with new hires (local and expats) needs.
- Research relevant HR data & resources
- Various HR related tasks, projects

Requirements
- Must be a current student, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent program
- Requires working 20hours a week and know how to manage work and school schedule.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Internet and information databases familiarity.
- Willingness and desire to work in a diverse global environment.
- Interest in Marketing and Social Media marketing is a plus.
- Communicative personality and team player.
