Staff Engineer

Elite Sourcing has an opportunity for you to join an Engineering firm as a Staff Engineer in Holland, Michigan. you would be supporting Project Managers and Project Engineers in diverse responsibilities within the Civil Engineering Group. Responsibilities will Include:

• Designing development projects: site layout, utilities, grading, and permits.
• Coordinating with team members and CAD Designers.
• Drafting and editing using Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydraflow, Vehicle Tracking, etc.)
• Preparing permit submittals and following up with agencies.
• Learning processes to aid Project Managers and Engineers.
• Excelling written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Training in industry-standard software.
• Organizational skills for file maintenance.
• Meeting project schedules, budgets, and maintaining quality.
• Fieldwork for project assessment and documentation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• 0-3 years of experience
• Engineer-in-training certification preferred
