As the Social Media Manager at Extreme Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online visibility, engage with our community, and drive dealership growth. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.

- **Content Creation:** Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- **Strategy Development:** Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing and sales goals.

- **Community Engagement:** Foster relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

- **Campaign Management:** Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to boost brand awareness and lead generation.

- **Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to synchronize social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and dealership events.

- **Brand Voice:** Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all social media channels.

- **Trends & Innovation:** Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to suggest new approaches for growth and engagement.

Requirements

- **Experience:** Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry or retail sector.

- **Skills:** Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, excellent writing and communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

- **Tools:** Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Capabilities:** Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
