Your Role

Lead and guide the full development lifecycle of application software. Engage directly with OEMs and vendors to negotiate schedules, deliverables, content, and costs for software releases and new features. Oversee project planning, Agile/Scrum processes, integration, and release of embedded software to meet industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262). Your role will be 80% leadership and 20% hands-on technical work.

Requirements

Background Profile

• Expertise in automotive embedded software development in C to industry standards (AUTOSAR is a must).
• 7+ years of experience in full life-cycle embedded software development at the driver-level (not just applications).
• Exposure to automotive industry standards such as AUTOSAR (a must) and ISO 26262 (preference).
• Working knowledge of CAN tools and requirements (CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.)
• BSEE or BSCE (MSEE a plus).

Proven expertise with AUTOSAR (base software or application layer). 8+ years in automotive embedded software development, with experience in both C/C++ coding and model-based approaches (Matlab/Simulink). Experience in project-level responsibilities, including planning, requirements management, and customer interface. Familiarity with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.). BSEE or BSCE required, MSEE is a plus.

Details

Salary: $125,000-148,000/year, based on experience. Type: Direct-Hire. Travel: Minimal. Relocation Assistance: Available. Visa Sponsorship: H1B transfers with Green Card support or TN.
