Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our Salesforce CRM, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage large datasets within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and conducting insightful analysis to support decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.
- Customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs, including developing custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Lead and collaborate on Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and optimize Salesforce usage accordingly.
- Keep level of new Salesforce features and trends to continuously improve our CRM strategy.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration and customization.
- Strong ability in managing and interpreting data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Experience in managing projects with a structured approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Salesforce-focused role.
Travel:
- Occasional within the State of Michigan. Minimal travel to other states for out-of-town members or clients may be required.
