Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of our Salesforce CRM, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Manage large datasets within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and conducting insightful analysis to support decision-making.
• Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.
• Customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs, including developing custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Lead and collaborate on Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and optimize Salesforce usage accordingly.
• Keep level of new Salesforce features and trends to continuously improve our CRM strategy.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in Salesforce administration and customization.
• Strong ability in managing and interpreting data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in managing projects with a structured approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Salesforce-focused role.

Travel:

• Occasional within the State of Michigan. Minimal travel to other states for out-of-town members or clients may be required.
