The Library Sports Pub and Grill - West Bloomfield, opened in 2006, is a family-owned operation. At the Pub, we are committed to offering quality food and hospitality as well as an atmosphere catered to watching your favorite game and having a good time. The Library Pub, West Bloomfield, specializes in sports and private parties. We feature over 40 TV screens, great food, local Michigan beer, and a large outdoor patio. There is no better place in Metro Detroit to catch all the MLB, NFL, NCAA, NBA or NHL action. Call ahead for groups of 10 or more.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards
- Create and implement effective restaurant policies and procedures
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget goals
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and achieve performance targets
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
- Food handler's certification (preferred)
