Van Herweg Electric seeks a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Client Services Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues via phone, email, and online platforms.
Responsibilities:
Client Support:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online portals
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information on electrical services, pricing, and scheduling
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Communicate scheduling changes and updates to clients
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate client records and database updates
- Process client payments and handle billing inquiries
- Prepare and send client communication and documentation (e.g., invoices, receipts)
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales) to ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate client feedback and concerns to management
- Participate in training and development to enhance client services
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong technical skills (e.g., CRM software, email management)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electrical contracting or construction industry
- Familiarity with electrical terminology and concepts
- Previous experience working remotely or in a call center environment
- Certification in customer service or related field (e.g., CSC, CCE)
