AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health RN Clinical Manager to join our team in Portage.
Must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License.
The right candidate should be self-motivated, driven, out-going and efficient with their charting and review of documents.

Requirements
- Current MI State Registered Nurse License, TB test, CPR
- Clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, organized with good time management skills
- Reliable transportation, MI Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Experience with Wounds, Assessments, and other Nursing Skills as required
- Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
