Our growing team is looking for highly motivated sales-minded candidates who enjoy working in a team-orientated atmosphere. You will be responsible for assisting your clients through the home buying or home selling experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Consult with clients on market conditions
• Build your business through outbound lead generation techniques
• Effective communication with your client throughout the sales process
• Effectively negotiate on client’s behalf
• Attend morning team sales huddles

Compensation:

• $40,000 - $100,000+
• Tier-based commission structure based on agent production

This allows you to focus on lead generation activities, which ultimately allows you to sell more homes. Our Story

The REALTEAM kicked off in 2014 as a small real estate team within a large brokerage in Metro Detroit. At the end of 2015, REALTEAM Real Estate was formed as a unique, full time, independent real estate brokerage with a focus on creating Raving Fans by providing the best experience possible to each of our clients.

Our growth since then has been exponential. We have grown from a group of 5 team members to 75 and assisting over 3,600 families since our inception. We have opened four locations around Metro Detroit and don't plan to slow down anytime soon. During this time we will be continuing to add top talent to our team to assist more families than ever before.
