Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00/Annually
Requirements
Moore Mechanical is seeking candidates who are high-energy and ready to work hard! This Project Manager will handle a large scale of projects and technicians. This Project Manager will provide overall management direction to project(s), establish project(s) objectives and policies, maintain liaison with customers, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with Field Supervisors who direct the activity of on-site technicians. The essential job duties of this position include:
- Providing professional customer service for all aspects of the awarded project
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charter, scope, and requirements documentation
- Facilitate project team meetings and communication, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that they are assigned and used efficiently
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate to senior management where necessary
- Identify and manage all change orders
