Product Analyst

Coretek is looking for a Product Analyst who is looking to grow and mature in their career. As a part of Coretek’s CSP and Insights team, the Product Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving Coretek’s business objectives forward. Collaboration is key in this role to driving customer success and shaping the development of Coretek’s Insights product. This position combines a customer-centric mindset with a focus on driving business outcomes with product development. We are looking for someone dedicated to customer satisfaction, product development excellence, and collaborating as a part of a growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive development activities forward by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and CSMs.
• Identify and drive product innovation requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Develop strategies to drive adoption of our products among target audiences, including creating user guides, conducting training sessions, and implementing marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry and market trends and provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders including executives, product teams, sales teams, and customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product goals and objectives.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field
• 1+ years of product or customer success experience
• Understanding of DevOps, FinOps, and customer success methodologies
• Strong customer success mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication skills to ensure effective engagement with customer and internal stakeholders
• Working knowledge of cloud hosted software (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Familiar with agile development methodologies and backlog management processes
• Knowledge of the software development life-cycle
• Analytical skills with the ability to present data points to stakeholders
