Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility near Bay City. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and administer department policies, setting goals and objectives.
• Direct and coordinate facility activities to achieve goals.
• Oversee credit policies, monitor credit limits, and ensure receivables are collected.
• Ensure shipments meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Manage department staffing and ensure employee training and safety compliance.
• Maintain facilities and equipment, coordinating with maintenance for projects.
• Ensure all licensing, regulatory reports, and compliance requirements are met.
• Conduct annual job evaluations for supervised employees.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong report writing and correspondence skills.
• Effective public speaking abilities.
• Proficiency with mathematical concepts and practical application.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle varied situations.
