AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Home Health Aides to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need and strive to offer the right care customized to each individual, all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs - YOU'RE THE ONE we're looking for!!

A variety of clients available!

*12 Hour Shifts, 8 Hour shifts and some partial shifts*

In need of staffing for Middleville, Lowell, Grandville, Kentwood and other Surrounding Grand Rapids areas!

Caregiver is typically responsible for:

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transferring
• Toileting
• Going out with client to appointments, stores, the gym, outings etc.
• Light duty house work as needed such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc.
• Companion care and some high-tech clients as well!

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
