Your Role

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, hands-on occupational therapy services in a variety of settings—whether at home, in a clinic, or elsewhere based on your preferences.
• Document progress and adapt techniques to ensure patients achieve their goals effectively.
• Educate patients and their families on methods to integrate therapeutic practices into daily routines.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards.

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy—home health experience is a plus!
• Exceptional communication and empathetic skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Willingness to embrace technology for documentation and patient interaction.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
