Position Type: Full-time (Monday through Friday)

Join a dynamic team at Car Center's sister ADAS Calibration Company, where we specialize in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration services for a wide range of vehicles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for all business relationships; actively seek connection and collaboration opportunities to build relationships and drive sales.
- Teach and train all ADAS calibration technician apprentices, technicians, and calibration coordinators; provide continuous support throughout their careers.
- Protect, maintain, and safeguard equipment and other company property.
- Handle de-escalation intervention and problem-solving for various circumstances, fostering trust with both clientele and team members.
- Lead by leaning into company core values
- Lead, manage, and account for all department team members, ensuring company success and seizing opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, develop relationships, and maintain operational consistency.
- Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on foreign, domestic, and electric vehicles onsite at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex calibration and non-calibration repairs, such as wiring issues.
- Conduct test drives post-repairs to ensure service quality.
- Explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs effectively to relevant personnel.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle part removal and installation (e.g., bumpers, trim panels, mirrors).
- Conduct pre and post scans with OE and/or aftermarket tools, communicating outcomes effectively.
- Execute static and dynamic calibrations per OE specifications after training completion.
- Communicate with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure immediate completion of tooling software updates.
- Account for assigned inventory, including vehicles, mobile devices, laptops, OE scan tools, VCI, and other equipment provided.
- Participate in virtual (online) training sessions and complete assigned training and certifications.
- Maintain active State of Michigan Automotive Electrical License and Automotive Air Conditioning License.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships in line with our company purpose and core values.
- Service A/C systems and possess knowledge of OE scan tools.
- Skillfully execute quality wiring, connector, and harness repairs.
- Maintain a well-organized work area.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working independently as well as collaboratively.

Minimum Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheets, database, and messaging systems
- Valid and clean Driver License (required)
- High school degree or GED equivalent (required)
- 4+ years related Service Technician experience (required)
- Active State of Michigan Automotive Electrical License (required)
- Active Automotive Air Conditioning License (required)
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
- Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
- Requires standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
- Frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
- Extensive travel within the assigned area is expected
- Exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals may occur
- Ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather
- Required to wear PPE including facial covering, eye protection, and gloves
