Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting continuous improvement projects
• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.
• Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate between Engineering Project Deliverables and Operations for execution with zero downtime
• Maintains product and process database by writing computer programs and entering data.
• Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science degree
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an engineering discipline
• Experience using CAD or CAM software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other operational software, as needed.
• MS Suite with a focus on EXCEL. 

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to lead and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
