Machine Operator

ColTer Precision is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. You will work in a fast-paced environment where precision and attention to detail are essential.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our production machinery. This includes monitoring machine operations, adjusting controls, and ensuring that products meet our quality standards. Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for production runs according to specifications
• Operate machinery to produce high-quality products
• Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform preventive maintenance as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise during operation
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisor
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
