Logistics Analyst

1.     Track Logistics sales and cost by maintaining tracking files and collecting logistics cost and volume data; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies;

2.     Perform audits of Logistics supplier invoices and Process supplier invoices and process documents to support internal payment application process;

3.     Work with NACC operations team to review processes focusing on identifying and implementing continuous improvement activities aimed at quality, safety and cost initiatives;

4.     Monitor, measure, and manage the performance of all Logistics service providers and vendors;

5.     Evaluates customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met;

6.     Support activities in developing annual budgets and reporting on actual vs. budget performance throughout the year;

7.     Participate in import/ export compliance activities and reporting;

8.     Support rollout and implementation activities during the launch of new programs;

9.     Participates in process/rating improvement efforts;

10. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1.     Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or Business Management

2.     3-5 years-experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing or Transportation related fields

3.     Ability to communicate effectively in English language

4.     Ability to communicate clearly in English, other language skills would be beneficial

5.     Strong communication, organization, coordination skills and time management

6.     Ability to resolve problems and provide prompt feedback with identified corrective actions
