Student Adventures is seeking a Life Coach to join our team. As a Life Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with students and help them develop the skills and mindset needed for personal growth and success. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to students, empowering them to overcome challenges, set goals, and make positive decisions. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with students, helping them set goals and develop strategies to achieve them
• Conduct group workshops and seminars on topics such as self-confidence, goal setting, and effective communication
• Support students in overcoming challenges and developing resilience and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with educators and parents to create personalized action plans for students
• Track and monitor student progress, providing ongoing feedback and support
• Assist students in developing effective study habits and time management skills
• Provide guidance and support to students in making positive decisions and choices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Proven experience working with students in a coaching or mentoring capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students
• Knowledge of personal development and goal-setting strategies
• Familiarity with various teaching and coaching techniques
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
