Finance Director

Aim Global Solutions has a Direct Placement opportunity for a Finance Director with an Automotive supplier located in Northville, MI.

The Finance Director will be responsible for managing the day to day treasury operations, including cash management and applications. As a key member of the leadership team, the Finance Director will work closely with the executive team and other stakeholders to drive business performance and ensure financial sustainability and profitability.

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management
• Manage balance sheet forecasting by working with the regions and plants.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls policy
• Drive development and optimizations of systems
• Play a critical role in strategix planning and financial analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA designation is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a treasury leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to think strategically and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
