Experienced Asphalt Sealer

We are hiring experienced asphalt sealers, full or part-time positions available!

Applicants must have a minimum 1 year of experience in applying asphalt seal by hand with broom. Pay is $20-$25/hr based on experience, plus:

• BENEFITS
• $500 SIGNING BONUS ($100 at signing, $200 at 30 days, $200 at 60 days)
• WEEKLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES (such as cash, gift cards, free lunches), and
• YEAR-END BONUSES.

Responsibilities
- Apply asphalt sealer and hot rubber crackfill
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks
- Adhere to quality standards and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
