An established company in the construction industry based in Livonia, MI is currently seeking an Estimator of Municipal Construction Projects for a direct hire opportunity with their growing team. Requirements
Qualified Estimators of Municipal Construction Projects will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating municipal construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
