At DiClemente Siegel Design, we are looking for a dedicated Electrical Power Systems Engineer to join our team and make an impact on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing industrial power systems, performing short circuit analysis, protective device coordination. Experience with EDSA/Paladin Design Base and/or ETAP, and working knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, and IEEE 1584 is highly desirable. Experience:
- Relevant Experience as Electrical Engineer (5 years Required)
- Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in short circuit and arc flash hazard analysis, and protective device coordination, utilizing ETAP and/ or EDSA/ Paladin Design
- Working knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, and IEEE 1584 ( 5+ years)
- 5 years of relevant experience as an electrical engineer in the A/E industry
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- Professional Engineering Licensure in State of Michigan (Preferred)
Requirements
- Expected to conduct and/or provide oversight for Power System studies of varying size and complexity
- Design of electrical power distribution systems for industrial and commercial facilities
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to meet deadlines
- Assist project managers with model presentation and client meetings
