Full Job Description
The Breakie Bunch is looking for an awesome servant leader. This person must take initiative, pay attention to detail, have problem solving skills and all around, be a team player with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has experience with Brightwheel, The Creative Curriculum and Microsoft 365. They have a teaching spirit and the desire to take our team to the next level.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Being a support to the teachers with a positive attitude
- Maintaining licensing compliance in the center
- Building and maintaining a growth minded team
- Growing enrollment
- Creating a monthly newsletter
- Creating a monthly calendar with activities
- Enjoying and completing ongoing training for self growth
- Entering new family information in all systems
- Overseeing all schedule changes made after the schedule has gone out
- Keep track of all physical and immunization upkeep
- Keep record of child schedule changes
- File all paperwork
- Update staff and family contact information as needed
- Completing payroll reports and tracking budget
Requirements
- MUST have a positive attitude
- Meet State licensing requirements for a director
- Be CPR and First aid certified
- Desire to grow with The Breakie Bunch
- Bloodborne Pathogen training before starting
- Love for teaching
- Offer ideas and suggestions
- Ability to follow directions and implement program activities
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
