Director of Installation and Service

As the Director of Installation and Service, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to oversee all installation and service projects, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering strong installer relationships. Leading a team of Project, Installation, and Service Managers, you’ll drive professional growth through training and development while resolving service issues promptly and maintaining the company’s five-star standards. By tracking key performance indicators and daily reports, you will ensure the department stays on target and delivers excellence.

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 

• 5-10 years’ experience in team management 

• Demonstrated performance in a project management position 

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams

• Experience in process optimization and workflow management

Preferred Experience/Education: 

• 5 years project management experience 

• Experience managing home improvement teams  

• Proficiency with CRM software and tools 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management, or related field  

• Six Sigma or Lean Management certification

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
