Data Architect

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Data Architect to join our team at Stafford Gray. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's data infrastructure and solutions. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the integrity and security of our data and provide strategic guidance in the use of data and analytics to drive business growth.

This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of data modeling, database design, and data management principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex data projects.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

·         5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or similar role

Additional Skills:

·         Expertise in data modeling and database design

·         Proficient in SQL and database management systems (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)

·         Experience with ETL processes and tools

·         Familiarity with data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

·         Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus

·         Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

·         Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
