Customer Service Sales Support Specialist

The Customer Service Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the direct interaction with customers seeking information about our products and services or with customers placing orders to make a purchase. The Customer Service activities include supporting our internal Design & Sales Teams by coordinating with key customer accounts and/or territories independently, quoting pricing to customers, providing product and services information, processing orders, following up on orders and shipping dates, working with outside sales associates, setting up new items, and other customer related activities.  

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus
• 2+ years customer service experience (inside/outside sales support experience is ideal)

• Candidate should have basic math skills or analytical skills to process orders

• Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary

• Ability to execute work orders and problem solving for replacement orders or other issues

• Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and dependable

• Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

• Able to work independently yet function as part of a team
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities

• Proven work history with excellent attendance

• Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and Outlook.

BENEFICIAL SKILLS:

• Experience in the Kitchen and Bath industry is desirable

• Experience working with residential contractors, remodelers, and designers

• Ability to read floor plans and cabinet nomenclature

• Project management or cabinet installation knowledge

• Familiar with CRM programs

• Familiar with 20/20 Design program

• Familiar with Profit 21 program

While pay is commensurate with experience and required skills for all of our positions, for this job, our pay range starts at $18/hour.
