Purpose Care, a leading provider of health and wellness solutions, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support in a professional and empathetic manner.

In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process orders, and handle any customer complaints or escalations with care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and have a friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and listening skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team. Above all, you should be passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and accurately enter data into systems

Requirements
