Collections Manager/Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop & motivate team members
- Lead lending & collection activities
- Back up the Branch General Manager
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Ensure branch compliance
Collections Manager/Asssistant Store Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Good computer, customer service & leadership ability
- Able to work the listed hours
Collections Manager/Assistant Store Manager Work Hours:
- 5-day work week
- 40-45 hours a week
- Work every Saturday for 5 hours
- Sunday & a weekday off
- Location Hours: 9-6 M-F, SAT 8-1
