Turfmen Lawns is a leading provider of lawn care services and has been servicing residential and commercial properties for over 20 years. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining pristine landscapes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You will act as a liaison between our clients and our lawn care technicians, providing timely and accurate information to address customer inquiries and concerns. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will contribute to delivering a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Coordinate and schedule lawn care services for clients, considering their specific needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate client records, including contact information and service history
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoices are sent to clients
  • Collaborate with lawn care technicians to coordinate service routes and optimize operational efficiency
  • Provide clients with information and recommendations regarding lawn care procedures, products, and treatments
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any further concerns

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in using various computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability
  • Knowledge of lawn care practices and products is a plus, but not required
