Client Services Associate

The Associate will run the Matlock Insurance, Financial Planning Office, answering phones and scheduling clients. Will prepare for meetings by organizing files for agent review, including illustrations of policies, investments and previous client communications. Associate will fill out electronic applications for Life Insurance and Annuities and make sure they are processed on schedule. Will be in charge of all email communication with New York Life and clients and will inform agent of important information.

Requirements

~Must have experience in a Life Insurance and Finanial Services Office.

~Understanding of Microsoft Windows.

~Understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.

~Will need to learn New York Life illustration software.

~Navigate Sales Force.

~Prepare proper form letters.

~Set up Zoom and video calls via Windows and IPad.

~Learn proper compliance and adhere to rules and regulations.

~ Will need to attain an insurance license and a series 6 license. time frame
