Are you a driven financial professional ready to step into a leadership role?
We seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take the lead in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a CPA or experienced finance professional to contribute to our growth, streamline financial operations, and take on an influential executive position.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company’s financial direction, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and financial analysis, to drive business growth.
  • Establish key performance metrics and financial targets to assess progress and guide business decisions.

Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee the company’s financial operations, including accounting, legal, tax, and treasury functions.
  • Direct financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a growing finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and legal risks to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure the company’s insurance coverage is up to date, and manage all audits, tax filings, and compliance activities.

External Relations & Funding

  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Oversee cash flow management, funding strategies, and maintain strong banking relationships to ensure financial stability.

Desired Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.

Experience

  • 3-7 years of progressively responsible experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in leadership roles. Experience supporting or working with an executive team in a growing organization is highly valued.

Skills & Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Manufacturing or family-owned business experience.
  • Strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • CPA or CGMA designation is a strong plus.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

    • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop direct reports.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Manufacturing or family business experience.
    • Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • CPA or Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations are a plus.
