We operate a nationally acclaimed production brewery, brewpub, commissary kitchen, coffee shop and roaster, alongside events & catering. We are seeking a skilled Catering Chef to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences, looking for a hands-on experience with dynamic culinary concepts and has a strong background in catering and event planning. As our Catering Chef, you will be responsible for leading the events side of the kitchen, developing menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for all events.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute catering menus for various events
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the catering kitchen
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with events team and clients to customize menus
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Catering Chef or similar role
• Strong culinary skills and passionate creativity in menu development
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication and broad interpersonal skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
