Automotive Sales Manager

Riverside Auto Group, a well-established automotive dealership, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team.

As an Automotive Sales Manager at Riverside Auto Group, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies, implementing effective sales processes, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Set sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
• Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of automotive sales processes
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Valid driver's license
